Come home to modern style and luxurious living in this gorgeous three bedroom, two bath top floor corner condominium located in the Alexandria, a boutique building designed to complement the Art deco style of the iconic theater next door.

Constructed in 2018, this luxurious 1,350+ square foot unit boasts stunning contemporary finishes throughout, including Porcelanosa tile, stainless Thermador appliances, quartz countertops and a contemporary open floor plan concept which is ideal for entertaining and ease of living.

Enter the condo through a sleek and contemporary lobby to take the elevator up to the fourth floor. Step into the unit through a breezy outdoor hallway to find a modern open floor plan great room boasting wide-planked white oak hardwood flooring with recessed lighting above.

An open chef’s kitchen on the left, with modern two-toned cabinets, features a suite of stainless-steel appliances, including a professional Thermador gas range and oven, with large overhead hood, Thermador dishwasher, stainless refrigerator with bottom drawer freezer, and stainless sink with Hansgrohe fixtures. The range sits atop white quartz countertops adjacent to a breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the living and dining areas, providing a refined and modern aesthetic.

The open living space is bathed in natural light, provided by a wall of windows that overlook the city. A glass door leads out to a gorgeous terrace with tile flooring, baluster columns, and a pergola overhead. From the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of the Presidio to the left, Golden Gate Park to the right, and a peek-a-boo view of downtown San Francisco with landmarks such as the Salesforce Tower and Transamerica Building in the distance.

Three private bedroom retreats are located down a center hall off the common space. The first bedroom on the left features corner windows and a fully outfitted closet with a built-in dresser. The hall bathroom offers head-to-toe Porcelanosa tile on the walls and floors, a dual-flush Duravit toilet, a floating vanity with a Porcelanosa sink, and a large soaking tub with a rainwater showerhead overhead. Through the hall bath find a convenient walk-in laundry room complete with Electrolux stackable units. The second bedroom on the right also has a fully outfitted closet and continues the elegant white oak flooring found throughout.

At the end of the hall find the primary suite, a quiet retreat boasting a well-appointed bedroom with a modern light fixture, accent wall paint, and sleek pull-down modern linen roller shades, with separate black out shade. The spacious walk-in closet is fully outfitted with a built-in dresser, providing abundant storage space.

The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, featuring dual Porcelanosa sinks on a floating vanity with generous storage drawers below. The Porcelanosa tile extends throughout the floors and walls, creating a seamless and elegant aesthetic. The bathroom also includes a shower over a deep Duravit soaking tub, ideal for unwinding after a long day. A Duravit toilet with a wall-hung dual-flush adds to the design.

Well known for its pockets of Russian and Chinese culture, there is always something unique to explore in the Richmond District. With  Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, plenty of local attractions, and food all within a mile radius of the Richmond District, there is never a dull moment in this vibrant Bay Area neighborhood.

When Richmond residents are craving an amazing meal, they will usually head over to Clement Street. Sandwiched in between Geary and Balboa Street, Clement Street’s notable local restaurants include:
Burma Superstar: Plenty of incredible Asain fusion cuisine can be found at this small, popular restaurant.
Eats: Short on space but big on flavor, Eats features some amazing breakfast options that will jumpstart your morning.
Arsicault Bakery: Heralded by Sunset Magazine as having the best croissant in San Francisco, you will also find plenty of other savory/sweet baked goods.

Just north of the Richmond District you will find Mountain Lake Park. Located near the southwest section of the Presidio, residents and tourists love to ride bikes or run/walk along the lake. Mountain Lake Park also offers many of the amenities you’d expect from a park: off-leash dog area, tennis/basketball courts, a playground, and picnic areas. Living in the Richmond also provides easy access to one of San Francisco’s most popular golf courses. Presidio Golf Course’s entrance is located near the intersection of Arguello and Pacific; once you arrive, you will be treated to a majestic forest-lined golf course. Afterwards, you can enjoy a refreshing beverage and food inside their beautiful clubhouse.

The Presidio and its 1000-plus acres of space have more to offer than parks and golf courses. The headquarters of both Disney and Industrial Light and Magic are located near the northeast corner, and employees of either can enjoy a morning or afternoon walk to and from work. As the area continues its revitalization, there’s no telling what fun and adventure will be available in the Presidio for years to come!
